Each life coaching session with Cathy is a focused, one-on-one interaction that typically lasts for 50 to 60 minutes.

If you're new to coaching, here is an overview of what to expect.

Step 1: Free Discovery Call
We’ll start with a free, no-obligation call to talk through your needs, your hopes, and whether coaching feels like the right next step for you.

Step 2: Choose Your Coaching Preference
From there, I’ll create a plan tailored to your life and goals — giving you clarity, structure, and a clear path forward.

Step 3: Enjoy Regular Coaching Sessions
We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly (whichever works best for you) for supportive, focused sessions where you’ll feel heard, guided, and gently stretched to move forward.

Step 4: Ongoing Support & Progress Reviews
Together, we’ll check in regularly to navigate any challenges, introduce new tools and resources and of course celebrate your wins along the way.  You will always feel supported and on track.

Whether it's a one off session or a longer, more regular commitment - there is an option to suit your needs.

Life coaching is future-focused and designed to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be. 

While both offer a safe, confidential space to explore, Therapy often explores past experiences and healing while coaching is about clarity, growth, and practical steps forward.

Both can be valuable — but if you’re ready to create change in your present and future, coaching may be right for you.

If you’re a woman in midlife who feels tired, stuck, or unsure of who you are beyond your roles and responsibilities — but you also know you want more from life — coaching offers the safe, supportive space to rediscover yourself and move forward.

Each session offers a calm, confidential space to create the life you want.  During our sessions, we’ll gently explore what you’d like more of in your life, the areas that feel out of balance, and your hopes for the future.

There’s no pressure and no forcing — this is simply a safe, supportive space for you to reflect, share, and discover what feels right for you. Everything we discuss is completely confidential, so you can open up with honesty and trust.

Sessions typically last up to an hour, although I do offer longer sessions  too.  

All sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your own home from anywhere in the world.
